The Role of the Leadership in Garbage Can Model Structure

In this study, we would like to explain the factors of the garbage can model in the anarchy organization, and then we will move to a specific discussion of the literature on leadership styles which shown that the leadership styles most used in the garbage can model are transactional, transformational, and participatory, and how the combination of the transactional, transformational can be effected to the anarchy organizational decision.
