The book is devoted to studying the influence of inorganic anions’ modification and isomorphous substitution of alkylammonium cations on the structure, phase transitions, and optical-physical and magnetic properties of the crystalline ferroics containing complexes of the transition metal ions in their structure. Special attention was devoted to the study of the ferroelastoelectrics that belong to the family of second-order ferroics and the analysis of possible magnetoelectric effects in the most prospective representatives of this family of compounds. The main purpose of this book consists of the search for magnetic multiferroics with optimal properties for application in the sensor technique, electronic and computer devices, first of all, for creation of the magnetic memory devices with low dissipation of energy. The monograph will be interesting for the scientists and engineers working in the field of electronic material science, nanoelectronics, and solid-state physics, as well as for teachers, postgraduates, and students of relevant physical, technical, and natural specialties.
